Greetings, |

On behalf of the dedicated members of the Denbigh Alumnae
Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, thank you for taking time to visit our website. I am honored and proud to serve as the 11th President of this dynamic chapter.
Since the chartering of our chapter on December 21, 1997, the Denbigh Alumnae Chapter has consistently made a positive impact in the service area. Denbigh continues to build a legacy of commitment to service within our designated service areas: the Denbigh area of the City of Newport News and Oyster Point Road North to Williamsburg, and the county of Yorktown.
In alignment with Deltas’ National Programmatic Thrust activities and events focus on:
- Economic Development
- Educational Development
- International Awareness and Involvement
- Physical and Mental Health
- Social Action/Political Awareness
Through scholarships, mentorship programs, community drives, and advocacy efforts, we strive
to uphold the ideals of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Each initiative represents a step
forward in empowering individuals and fostering growth within our community.
As we commemorate more than two decades of service, the Denbigh Alumnae Chapter remains
steadfast in its commitment to scholarship, sisterhood, service and social action. Together, we
envision a future where our contributions continue to inspire change and uplift those in need. Let us move forward, hand in hand, toward a brighter and more inclusive tomorrow.
